Acceptance of Contributions and Gifts Policy - DORCAS CORNER CHARITY FOUNDATION

Our acceptance of contributions, gifts, and grants aligns with this mission while adhering to a realistic and responsible approach. We hereby outline our policy for accepting donations:

Discretionary Acceptance: The acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of DORCAS CORNER CHARITY FOUNDATION. We will only accept gifts that can be utilized in a manner consistent with our organization's purpose and mission.
Protection of Donors: We will not accept irrevocable gifts, whether outright or life-income, if it reasonably appears that such gifts could jeopardize the financial security of the donor.
Tax and Legal Advice: DORCAS CORNER CHARITY FOUNDATION will not provide specific advice on the tax or legal treatment of gifts. Donors are encouraged to consult with their own professional advisers for guidance on making donations.
Acceptable Forms of Donation: We accept donations in the form of cash or publicly traded securities. The acceptance of gifts in-kind services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
